Terms and Conditions
Booking
Liverpool Parking & Valeting Services Ltd, trading as Imagine (‘Imagine’) reserves the right to cancel or restrict bookings. All services are subject to availability.
Keys
Car keys will be required to be left at reception for the duration of the vehicles’ stay. This is for the security of the car park and incase of any emergency. This is common like all other offsite airport car parks. If your key is damaged, the car park has no responsibility for them and can refuse entrance to the car park.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling. Prices quoted are subject to change.
Cancellation
For all car park bookings, Imagine must be informed of a cancellation in writing or by phoning Customer Services on 0151 486 7247. Once you have advised us of your cancellation, we will then provide you with a credit for your next stay with us, or alternatively, you can change your parking dates with us for no change fee.

If alterations to customers’ bookings are required, please contact our Customer Service team on 0151 486 7247 where we will be pleased to help.
Liability
Car claims cannot be considered unless reported prior to departure from the car park. No liability is accepted for loss or damage, unless proved to be through the negligence of Imagine. Imagine do not accept responsibility or liability for loss of or damage to any items left in the vehicle. Vehicles are left entirely at their owner’s risk. Vehicles may be moved to our local manned off-site compound.
Vehicle Inspection
You should check your vehicle and arrival and departure of the car park as no liability is accepted for any loss or damage after you have departed from the car park.
Additional/Late days
Additional or late days will charged at 20.00 GBP per day. Discounts may be considered due to circumstances. This is at the manager’s discretion.
Commercial Vehicles
Larger commercial vehicles bookings maybe cancelled at any time unless pre arrangements have been made. Addition charges may apply. This is at the manager’s discretion.
